Amit Mittal, Founder of MGA, is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) with over 25 years of professional experience, strengthened by a certification in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online. Since founding the firm in 2001, Amit has guided MGA’s transformation from a boutique practice into a multi-disciplinary advisory and assurance firm with a rapidly expanding global client base. Amit has advised multinational corporations and high-growth businesses on complex cross-border transactions and India Entry Strategy across geographies, including the USA, UK, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, Canada, South Korea, Mauritius, Australia, UAE, and South Africa.

Amit specialises in M&A transaction advisory, financial and tax due diligence, business valuations, regulatory and tax structuring, and risk & assurance services. Sandeep Kumar Goel is a seasoned Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India) with more than two decades of professional experience, having been in continuous practice since 2003. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for delivering precise, regulation-led advisory across GST, risk and assurance, and Ind AS/IFRS-based financial reporting.

With a deep understanding of India’s evolving tax and regulatory landscape, Sandeep works closely with businesses to design and implement GST frameworks, resolve complex tax positions, and ensure seamless compliance. His assurance practice spans statutory audits, internal audits, internal financial controls (IFC), and risk-based reviews, providing management with clarity, reliability, and actionable insights.

Sandeep also brings extensive experience in accounting advisory under Ind AS and IFRS, supporting companies through transitions, financial statement preparation, consolidation requirements, and audit-readiness.
